  Election Committee of the Congress of Tanzania Football (TFF) inawataarifu all citizens that after doing interviews for applicants TFF leadership   and Tanzania Premier League Board (TPL Board), the Committee has made ​​the following decisions:

1.        TANZANIA PREMIER LEAGUE BOARD

(B)     Applicants not following guidance meets the requirements of the Constitution of the TFF and TFF Electoral Code. TFF Electoral Committee imewaondoa were applying for positions as indicated below:

 

(I)                    Ndg. Mussa Omary Nkwarulo who onba running for President of the TFF did not meet the requirements of the Constitution of TFF and   TFF Electoral Code Article 9 (7) the lack of adequate knowledge about the roles and responsibilities of the position he requested the ability to perform the functions and objectives of the TFF.

 

(Ii)                  Ndg. Michael Richard Wambura who onba running for Vice President of TFF did not meet the requirements of the Constitution of TFF and   TFF Electoral Code Article 9 (7) that Ndg. Michael Wambura opened case number 100 of 2010 claims on Kisutu Resident Magistrate's Court in Dar es Salaam against the chairman of the Lions Club as a member of the Lions Club, contrary to the Constitution of the Lions Club. By doing so, Ndg. Michael Wambura had violated the Constitution of the   Lions Club, TFF had violated the Constitution and the Constitution of FIFA.

 

(Iii)                 The Committee also respects the decision made ​​by the Appeals Committee of the TFF about elections in 2008 that Mr. Michael R. Wambura he meets the requirements of Article 29 (7) of the Constitution of TFF and Article 9 of the Election Code of TFF. According to   Constitution of TFF and TFF Electoral Code, the Committee   TFF Electoral lacks the authority to change the decision made ​​by the Appeals Committee. These decisions can only be changed by the Court of arbitration of sports issues (CAS).  

 

(Iv)                Ndg. Hussein Abdallah Musa applying for positions of Member of the Executive Committee and the Regional Review. 1 (Kagera, Geita) did not meet the requirements of the Constitution of TFF and   TFF Electoral Code Article 9 (7) the lack of adequate knowledge about the roles and responsibilities of the position he requested the ability to perform the functions and objectives of the TFF.

 

(V)                  Ndg.   Basha Tutu applying for positions of Member of the Executive Committee and the Regional Review. 3 (Shinyanga, Simiyu)   did not meet the requirements of the Constitution of TFF and   TFF Electoral Code Article 9 (7) to be entered into the electoral process in conjunction with the objection made ​​against another candidate.

 

(Vi)                Ndg. Charles Mugondo applying for positions of Member of the Executive Committee and the Regional Review. 4 (Arusha, Manyara) did not meet the requirements of the Constitution of TFF and   TFF Electoral Code   for its certification and Secondary Education Teaching Certificate are controversial.

 

(Vii)               Ndg. Job Nyaulingo applying for positions of Member of the Executive Committee and the Regional Review.   6 (Rukwa, Katavi) did not meet the requirements of the Constitution of TFF and   TFF Electoral Code, Article 3   we call attention to a operating experience Football verified for at least five years (5) and also   did not satisfy Article 9 (7) for lack of adequate knowledge about the roles and responsibilities of the position he requested the ability to perform the functions and objectives of the TFF.

 

(Viii)             Ndg. Nazarius AM Kilungeja applying for positions of Member of the Executive Committee and the Regional Review.   6 (Rukwa, Katavi) did not meet the requirements of the Constitution of TFF and   TFF Electoral Code Article 9 (7) that had been part of a long conflict in Rukwa Region.

 

(Ix)                Ndg. Peter Vella eliud applying for positions of Member of the Executive Committee and the Regional Review.   7 (Iringa, Mbeya) did not meet the requirements of the Constitution of TFF and   TFF Electoral Code Article 9 (7) to be not loyal to violate the collective decision of the Executive Committee of the TFF   about changing the Constitution.

 

(X)                  Ndg. Farid AHDI applying for positions of Member of the Executive Committee and the Regional Review. 11 (Morogoro, Pwani) did not meet the requirements of the Constitution of TFF and   TFF Electoral Code Article 9 (2) and (7) for a description of its age and   education certificates you disagree.

 

(Xi)                Ndg. Hassan Hassan Othuman applying for positions of Member of the Executive Committee and the Regional Review. 11 (Morogoro, Pwani) did not meet the requirements of the Election Code TFF Article 11 (5) to be   did not attend the interview.

 

(Xii)               Ndg. Isaac Omary Abdulkadir applying for positions of Member of the Executive Committee and the Regional Review. 13 (Dar es Salaam) did not meet the requirements of the Election Code TFF Article 9 (7) to be   TFF defied orders to postpone the election of members of the Judges of Tanzania Football   (Frat) and keep the TFF to be enguliwa the frat election process for not keeping requirements of Regulation election of members of the TFF.

 

(Xiii)             Ndg. Shafi'i Kajuna Dauda applying for positions of Member of the Executive Committee and the Regional Review. 13 (Dar es Salaam) did not meet the requirements of the Code of Electoral TFF Article 9 (7) to be not true: he was defeated in the election of Association Football Dar es Salaam (DRFA) has distorted the public about his involvement in the elections the electoral process. Also not familiar with the Constitution of the TFF and responsibilities of the Executive Committee of the TFF.  

 

3.        Interviews conducted for applicants holding leadership also reported zilizoifikia TFF Electoral Committee by petition presented against applicants TFF leadership and TPL Board.

 

4.        TPL Board Elections will be held on February 22, 2013, the TFF Election will be held on February 24, 2013 in Dar es Salaam.
